Kixie 107 has announced the return of longtime radio personality Lady Vee to the station’s lineup. Beginning this week, Lady Vee returns to the airwaves, reconnecting with listeners and bringing her familiar voice, energy, and community connection back to the station.

Known throughout Mississippi and the Mid-South for her engaging on-air presence and decades-long radio career, Lady Vee returns to Kixie 107 following a brief retirement. Her return marks a significant addition to the station’s programming and reinforces Kixie 107’s commitment to serving its audience with trusted local personalities.

Lady Vee’s career has earned numerous honors and recognitions. In 2026, she was inducted into the Black Music Awards Hall of Fame, joining a distinguished group of gospel, blues, and R&B legends recognized for their contributions to music and broadcasting. She has also been honored by the Mississippi State Capitol Legislature and recognized as an Outstanding Citizen by the City of Jackson for her service and impact within the community.
