Connoisseur Media has named veteran programmer and broadcaster Ian Rambo as Operations Manager for its Fredericksburg radio cluster.

Rambo joins Connoisseur Media following more than a decade of programming in the Midwest. Most recently, he served as Operations Manager for Riverfront Broadcasting in Rapid City, South Dakota, overseeing six radio stations, where he helped lead his team to the 2024 NAB Marconi Award for Small Market Station of the Year.  Rambo has been part of multiple NAB Marconi Award-nominated stations throughout his career making him a respected leader in the industry.

Before that, Rambo was with Haugo Broadcasting, where he advanced to Operations Manager and led programming for four stations.  Over his career, Rambo has held programming, promotions, and on-air roles with Cumulus Media in Topeka, Kansas, and Great Plains Media in Lawrence, Kansas.

In his new position, Rambo will oversee programming for WFLS-FM, WVBX-FM, WWUZ-FM, and WNTX-AM. He will also host mornings on WFLS, reinforcing the station’s commitment to live, local programming.
