Connoisseur Media To Expand West Coast Footprint With Acquisition Of Bonneville San Francisco Stations

Westport, CT and San Francisco, CA (Oct. 7, 2025) – Connoisseur Media announced today that it has entered into an agreement to acquire Bonneville International Corporation’s San Francisco market stations, including KUFX, KBLX, KMVQ (99.7 NOW), and KOIT. The transaction is pending regulatory approval by the FCC and is expected to close later this year.

This agreement marks a significant milestone in Connoisseur Media’s ongoing expansion, following its recent acquisition of Alpha Media and will bring the total number of stations to 220 in 48 markets upon completion. Connoisseur currently owns KEZR and KBAY in San Jose as well as KUIC and KKIQ in the East Bay.  This announcement reflects Connoisseur’s strategic initiative to extend its reach into key markets like San Francisco to strengthen its position as one of the most dynamic, locally focused media companies in the nation.
