Connoisseur Media Long Island Names Chris Flatley As Director Of Sales

July 14, 2026

Connoisseur Media has appointed Chris Flatley as Director of Sales for its Long Island operations, effective July 13, 2026, strengthening the company’s leadership team while reinforcing its commitment to investing in local talent that understands the unique needs of Long Island businesses.

In his new role, Flatley will lead revenue strategy and sales operations for Connoisseur Media’s Long Island brands, including WALK/WALK 97.5, WKJY/KJOY 98.3, WWSK/94.3 The Shark, WWWF/103.1 The Wolf, WHLI 104.7 FM/1100AM, Connrex Digital, and the company’s growing portfolio of live events, sponsorships and integrated marketing solutions.

Born and raised on Long Island, Flatley brings more than 15 years of experience building high-performing sales organizations and driving revenue growth across streaming television, digital media and advertising technology. Throughout his career, he has successfully launched new revenue initiatives, developed top-performing sales teams and helped transform emerging media companies into industry leaders.

Most recently, Flatley served as Vice President of Ad Sales for C15 Studio. Prior to that, he led the advertising business at fuboTV, where he helped grow annual advertising revenue from $2 million to more than $100 million while building one of the industry’s most successful connected television sales organizations.

While Flatley has built his career on the national stage, Connoisseur Media viewed his deep Long Island roots and understanding of the local business community as equally important. His appointment reflects the company’s belief that the strongest client partnerships are built by leaders who know the market, understand its businesses, and are invested in its long-term success.

“Chris understands that this business is still about relationships, accountability and results,” said Kristin Okesson, Senior Vice President and Regional Manager for Connoisseur Media. “Long Island is a unique market, and our clients and the Connoisseur Long Island team deserve a partner who knows the community, shows up every day and is willing to fight for their success. This is a very experienced team, and it was important to find someone who understands this market, values our relationships and is ready to roll up their sleeves from day one. We are not looking to be just another media company. Our goal is to be the most productive and reliable business partner our clients have, and Chris is ready to help us deliver on that promise.”

Flatley’s appointment reflects Connoisseur Media’s continued investment in supporting experienced local talent from Long Island while helping businesses grow through integrated marketing solutions. His background leading high-performing sales organizations and driving innovation across traditional and digital media will strengthen the company’s ability to deliver measurable results through local radio, digital marketing, live events, sponsorships and emerging media platforms.

“Throughout my career, I’ve been fortunate to work with innovative companies and talented teams, but the opportunity to lead a Long Island organization with such deep community ties was one I couldn’t pass up,” said Flatley.  “I’m looking forward to building on the strong foundation already in place and working with our team to create new opportunities for our clients and community.”

Following many successful years as Director of Sales, Darren DiPrima, now serving as Station Manager, welcomed Flatley to the leadership team.

“Chris brings the right combination of leadership, sales expertise and digital knowledge to help take our team to the next level,” said DiPrima. “Just as important, he understands Long Island and appreciates the relationships that have made this company successful. Our clients count on us to be true marketing partners, and Chris shares that philosophy. I am excited to partner with him as we continue building on our momentum and helping local businesses grow.”

Flatley earned a degree in Business Management from Molloy University and has maintained strong ties to the Long Island community throughout his career. He will be based in Connoisseur Media’s Long Island offices at Airport Plaza.
