WEBE 108 welcome's new talent

WEBE 108 And Connoisseur Media Bring Big Talent To CT Radio

January 13, 2026

Connoisseur Media’s heritage adult contemporary radio station, WEBE 108, is excited to welcome several broadcast veterans to the airwaves. Listeners in the southern Connecticut area will be able to hear these familiar voices on the air – voices they grew up with and voices that helped define the region.

WEBE 108 is proud to welcome:

  • Howard Hoffman — A seasoned radio talent with experience at major markets
including WABC, WOR, KABC, WQHT and WPRO. Howard is known for his distinctive
style and deep connection with listeners.
  • Cruisin’ Bruce Palmer — A beloved personality whose work at WWBB, WODS, WSRS,
and Westwood One has made him a favorite among generations of radio fans.
  • MJ Arnold and Laura Feist — Both returning members of the WEBE lineup, bringing
back their signature warmth and familiarity that listeners have missed.

Hoffman, Palmer, Arnold, and Feist join the impressive full-time roster of local personalities
whose voices, over decades, have become a part of the fabric of the radio station.

“With these moves, our commitment to live, local, personality radio that entertains and
informs the communities we serve shine bright,” said Robby Bridges, WEBE 108 Program
Director. “I’m thrilled to add these huge talents to the already iconic lineup at the legendary
WEBE 108, including Danny Lyons, Storm N Norman and Allan Lamberti!”

“I was convinced getting back on the air was never going to be as fun it was – then Robby
Bridges and WEBE 108 proved me wrong,” said Howard Hoffman. “I can’t believe I’m
working with these legends and superstars of Connecticut radio who said, ‘Welcome home!’
I’m lovin’ this new family and grateful for this thrill ride.”

“Cruisin my way to Connecticut… A special thanks to Connoisseur Media’s SVP/General
Manager Kristin Okesson, SVP of Programming Keith Dakin, and WEBE 108 Program
Director Robby Bridges – and the entire group’s staff for welcoming me aboard so warmly!”
added Bruce Palmer.

For decades, WEBE 108 has been known as the “local station” for Fairfield County, New
Haven, and the shoreline and looks to continue the tradition of providing its audience with
great music and trusted local voices that feel relevant to every listener. Bringing in Hoffman,
Palmer Arnold, and Feist are proof WEBE 108 and Connoisseur Media believe that local
radio should be, well, local!
