Connoisseur Media announced today that it has entered into an agreement to sell its Luverne, MN and Madison, SD radio stations to two Christensen Broadcast entities. Christensen Broadcasting LUV LLC will acquire KLQL-FM and KQAD-AM in Luverne, Minnesota, and Christensen Broadcast Group, Inc. will acquire KJAM-FM and KJAM-AM in Madison, South Dakota. The transactions are pending regulatory approval by the FCC and are expected to close early next year.

This transaction represents Connoisseur Media’s ongoing commitment to refining its portfolio and strengthening its presence in priority markets. It aligns with the company’s strategic roadmap established after the September acquisition of Alpha Media.
