Connoisseur Media announces that Gracie Award winner Michelle Heart will be joining the team as the new Program Director and midday host for 102.3 The Rose (WXMA) in Louisville. Heart steps into the role previously handled remotely by Smokey Rivers, who had been overseeing the station’s day-to-day programming. Now based locally, Heart will take the lead in shaping the station’s sound and continuing to grow its connection with the Louisville community.

“Michelle has so much talent in so many areas,” said Ben Davis, Operations Manager and Connoisseur CHR Format Captain. “From her programming and knowledge of the format, to her on-air and social media skills, and her radiant personality, I knew she was a perfect fit for Louisville!”

102.3 The Rose is Louisville’s Adult Contemporary station, featuring local voices like Amy Nic in the morning, Kelly K in the afternoon, and the nationally syndicated Delilah in the evenings.

With Heart now officially in place, the station is looking ahead to its next chapter, focused on local connection, strong programming, and continuing to grow its presence in the market.
