With a distinguished career in radio and media leadership, Bill McElveen brings decades of experience and proven success to Connoisseur Media. He was the founding General Manager of WUTS-FM and has held senior leadership positions throughout his career, guiding teams and driving growth across numerous markets.
At Connoisseur Media, Bill serves as Senior Vice President with a primary focus on Compliance, ensuring operational consistency, adherence to company policies, and alignment with FCC and corporate standards across all markets. His deep understanding of broadcast operations and his thoughtful, team-oriented leadership style help maintain Connoisseur’s reputation for excellence and integrity.
Bill is also deeply committed to education and service, serving as Class Chair for The University of the South’s Class of 1972 and as President of the Kappa Alpha Order.
